At Well Lingo, we pride ourselves on our meticulous 3-Step TEP (Translation, Editing, and Proofreading) process, a comprehensive approach that involves the expertise of three dedicated linguists. In the initial stage, your content undergoes translation by one linguist, ensuring accurate interpretation. This translated version then progresses to the editing phase, where a second linguist refines the text for coherence, consistency, and precision. Finally, a third linguist engages in meticulous proofreading to catch any remaining nuances or errors.
This multi-layered process is not merely a sequence; it’s a synergistic collaboration. Each step builds upon the previous one, creating a robust framework to safeguard the quality of your projects. By incorporating diverse perspectives and skill sets, we aim not just to meet but exceed your expectations, delivering translations that resonate with accuracy and clarity.
Linguist Selection
We only work with linguists with proven experience, and who pass our screenings. All qualified linguists have to sign non-disclosure and non-compete agreements.
Only 10% pass our screenings.

Quality Assurance (QA)
QA provides individual feedback to linguists, based on the evaluations submitted by editors and PMs. Our QA process also includes random project reviews.

Our use of CAT tools maximizes quality, consistency, and speed. Linguists are trained in memoQ or the client’s preferred CAT tool.
